Today's Freestyle Friday comes from freestyle footballers Abbas Farrid and John Farnworth. The video caught my attention because it plays the song, Whoa Whoa! by Soul P. This was the lead off single for his album The Premiere and the original video features former label mate and my friend Willie Will.

Both John and Abbas have their own t-shirts from Who Are Ya Designs.

Sterlinho ran across this video while looking for a certain song for a certain post. He shot it over to me for Freestyle Fridays and I thought, "Why not?" So I present to you a black guy and a white guy with their shirts off. That's all I know about them... but he does mention Xbox 360.

Sterlinho used to live in Southampton and he can tell you there's no hip hop in the Hamptons except for the likes of P. Diddy and other rap moguls. I'm in a generous mood so you get two videos today.

I love how the first cat messed up and then goes straight into his pre-written reggae chant. Yeah, like the Ninja's not going to pick up on that.
